AFTER MUCH DELIBERATION I think I have my ordering down now.
Harry = Zayn > Niall > Louis > Liam.
Harry & Zayn for best personality and looks. Niall has the same, but Harry and Zayn are more attractive and have more consistent personalities. Niall is cute, but he is ALWAYS cute, while Harry and Zayn can be sexy and/or cute all at once. Personality wise, sometimes Niall doesn't say anything, and sometimes he is bouncing off the walls, so not really sure what's going on there
Louis next for his great personality and
moderate looks. Liam is at the end because while he looks good, he is basic. He has a nice girlfriend, sticks up for his friends, seems down to earth, etc. Liam basically has no flaws, but he never gives you much to work with in the first place. He's clean cut, and that can be boring at times.
So, if I had order them, that's what it would be. I'm bored, don't blame me
and there's a lot of insecurity 
and I love his down to earth personality.
