For which game? It depends if your macbook pro has a dedicated gpu or not and the resolution. I have the recent 15 inch one but set the resolution to 1440x900 and most things on high and like leave 2 neighbourhood lots on for sims 3

The only thing I'm sad about is the UI. I'm sure that they will add pools and other stuff in a future expansion pack but I don't like the UI.

Kind of boring video, but apparently The Sims 4 is going to be mod-friendly, unlike The Sims 3 which wasn't.
So the modders are apparently really excited, because they will be able to do more with it.

EDIT: Not a massive fan of the clay-like, overly rendered graphics but I might get this just for building.

I really like the facts that different Windows have different transparency effects. So some are completely opaque, others are completely see-through.

I always feel like it's awkward, for example, to have huge Windows in the bathroom



They seem to be making sure that Artistic Sims get more than just a Paint Easel this time! I love the Studio items!




I really like the shadowing effects in the game, and that the shadows will change depending on where the Sun is.

The resolution should be maximum for you and most things high-medium, just set everything to high and adjust from there. It will take like half an hour of your time but hey lol

I have to say, the sims 4 doesn't look too bad actually. I take back some of the comments about the graphics

But you used to pay $40 for a Nightclub EP and now they are included in the base game.
Sometimes you get some stuff, sometimes you get other stuff.

Whining about it isn't going to change it. Just accept the fact it's happening that was this era, and accept what is coming.
Instead of buying a Nightclub EP, you'll be buying one with other stuff not included in the base game instead.

Same stuff, different release order. That's all it is.

Exactly, that's my only problem with the game right now tbh. I still feel conned but whatever I'll probably still buy it so they'll get more of my coins but not impressed by their strategy seriously pools and toddlers? the reach.
