Omg when I was young, I will always burst into tears when I wake up from a nap. I just feel so confused and terrified to the extent of crying, it's really creepy.

Ughh I can't sleep. I layed there for ages before giving up and now I'm seething at the computer, despite how tired I feel. It's just too hot, and I feel a bit sick - there's this really ****ing annoying itch at the back of my mouth and back of my throat and it's not going away. So I feel like utter ****.
