But by the definition of filesharing, it simply doesn't constitute filesharing. Let Tidal and its shareholders come for Youtube, Tumblr, and other sites hosting its content; restricting access to those sites here makes no sense unless the linked page contains an explicit download link.
By this precedent, we should disallow links to Youtube, Soundcloud, Tumblr, etc. altogether simply because it's possible for someone to rip the content from such links.

Well, what happens if Tidal comes for the sources displaying their exclusive content without permission? I'm not just talking about YT and Tumblr. Under the same vein, y'all don't allow shareable links to DL anything not directly from Itunes, Spotify, etc. So how is this any different? By allowing illegal content to be shared on this site, by definition you are acting as a host.
You don't allow mediashare links of leaked albums...

But this also means any YouTube links of performances and interviews from an artist would be warned, since by your logic 'they were exclusive to something (FOX, Vogue Magazine, MTV, or wherever they performed or got interviewed) and were ripped off the site or TV onto YouTube'.

If you accidentally hit "submit" before you put down the reason for a report, will it still get warned or will it be ignored since it doesn't mention the reason?

It will still be processed by a mod at their discretion, as are all reports.

hello, mods. the member keshaspearsxoxo used a picture of me in his post without my permission. If I'm not mistaken, that's an automatic ban, right?

Re-posting what you've already posted?
Let's say someone put "bae goals" instead of some shade/drag. I guarantee you wouldn't have ran in here to report them.
This is one of those "dish it out but can't take it" scenarios where your general "malnourished twink" comment backfired when someone provided your picture as an example of a malnourished twink.
I don't think this calls for a ban, but probably trolling points.
My final thoughts on this are: if you really don't want something posted/re-posted by someone else, don't post in in a public forum. Use private messages next time.

But who ASKED you?
He shouldn't have re-posted my photo without MY permission regardless of whether I posted it on a forgotten blog on this site a year ago or not. This isn't one of those "dish it out of if you can't take it" scenarios, because I never posted his photo, at all. If he would've dragged me back in return without using my photos, I wouldn't have been upset and I would've been able to take it and #clapback 
So I don't understand why you're giving final thoughts or any insight on the issue when you're not a mod, or have anything to do with the situation at hand. Unless your header says ATRL Moderator, I don't need anything from you, with all due respect. Thanks, but no thanks.

I agree with Iconicflop, seems unfair to complain if you have already posted the photo in a ATRL public space - once you post something on the internet its there forever, regardless if you like the feedback/comments made about it.

Ok, so with this logic that ya'll are using, if one of you were to post a picture to PYP or whatever, are you saying it's okay for us to use your pics freely as a reaction .jpg and post them to make fun of you when you try and drag one of our favs?

Yes
because I posted it in a public forum for ANYONE to access, and I'm aware of what consequences that might mean.
I mean its not like Pears made a fake facebook profile to try and catfish your personal pictures, and use them without your knowing.
You decided to offer your picture to the world.

Well, good for you. But regardless of what you and others think, ATRL rules say that you can't use anyone's pictures without their consent under any circumstances, and I didn't give him any type of consent. 
I'm going to drop this here, and wait for the mods, who my original post was directed towards, to respond to my help request and see what their decision on this. None of you are mods, so I shouldn't have even been responding to either of you. Peace and thank you for thoughts, everyone, but they do nothing for me. Sorry for disrupting HQ, mods.
