Q: I don't have a MasterCard. Can I buy tickets through the Mastercard pre-sale?
A: No. The MasterCard pre-sale is available to MasterCard card holders only. All major credit cards are accepted after this presale.
Q: How do I take part in the Beyoncè fan club pre-sale?
A: A special pre-sale for registered members of Beyoncé's BeyHive Blog will begin at 09:00AM/EDT in select markets on Wednesday, July 10. Fans can go to Beyonce.com to sign up now for the chance to be the first to purchase tickets.
Q: Will Beyoncé be adding a show in Townsville/Tasmania/Gold Coast/Newcastle/Wollongong?
A: Due to the overwhelming demand and the limited touring period available, it is unlikely there will be Beyoncé concerts taking place in any Australian or New Zealand city other than Auckland, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth.
Q: Is there a ticket limit?
A: Yes. There is a 10 ticket limit per show, per My Ticketek account (Australian shows), My Ticketmaster account (New Zealand) per cardholder. Tickets purchased in excess of these limits may be cancelled.
Q: How much are tickets?
A: Prices for the shows are as follows (transaction fees may apply based on your method of purchase):

Q: Are there good seats available across all pre-sale opportunities?
A: Yes, great seats are available in all price categories and all areas of the venue for all pre-sales, as well as in the general sale.
Q: I haven't received my password for the pre-sale yet – what do I do?
A: No password is needed for the pre-sale. Simply log into livenation.com.au to access the pre-sale. Links for each city will be posted as the shows become available for sale.
Q: I'm having trouble logging in to the Live Nation website – what can I do?
A: Email
[email protected] outlining the exact problem you're experiencing (include a copy of any error message or email you've received) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Q: Will I need a Ticketek (Australia) or Ticketmaster (New Zealand) account to purchase tickets?
A: Yes. The ticket transaction takes place via Ticketek in Australia and Ticketmaster in New Zealand. Make sure you're logged in prior to the pre-sale beginning.
Q: Which credit cards are accepted in the My Live Nation members pre-sale?
A: All major credit cards are accepted (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Diners).
Q: Can I purchase pre-sale tickets over the phone?
A: No. All pre-sale tickets must be purchased online.
Q: Is there an age limit for the tour?
A: The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour Starring BEYONCÉ is an all ages affair. All patrons must hold valid tickets, regardless of age.
Q: Can I purchase Special Needs or Wheelchair seating during the My Live Nation members pre-sale?
