SFFTR didn't get proper promo in other countries like RITD and SLY had. RITD was the first single, so it got the major promo, and SLY had the critically acclaimed BRIT Awards and other major appearances pushing it. If SFTTR gets proper promo by Christmas and if it's released by Christmas, it could be a contender for #1. SFTTR has been doing well digitally for a song that hasn't been officially released in the U.S. yet.
SFTTR didn't do amazing in the UK and Australia because her album sales there are su HUGE.
she's 10plat in the UK and 7 plat in Australia.
I'm sure if she was at 10\7 plat in the USA ,SFTTR or any other single wouldn't do amazing too..
SFTTR has HUGE chance to become as huge as RITD is promote good, and become the Christmast #1..
