Considering all of the things people said about her not being able to return with success, she is doing well.
I am surprised that the song has made it to #3. Clearly she isn't the non-factor people make her out to be.
Anyway, I am going to avoid listening to the song for a while now. I don't want to get tired of it early. 160 plays is a lot.

Die young is soooo much better than Diamonds. Diamonds may pass it on iTunes but it will surely drop after her stans stop buying it while Die Young will continue to be superior and slay on iTunes and radio

I actually like this song!. I like that is has like a folk sound to it, (it reminds me of the kings, Mumford and Suns) but mixed with pop. Is actually very interesting. IMO is easily Kesha's best song.

I like how Rihanna's new song was also kind of different than her previous singles, which I liked. And now I like how Kesha also went different with the sound and experimented a little.

But I like Die young way better than Diamonds. So yeah, good song!!

Let's be honest. The only good thing about this song is it's chorus. Verses are just like any other Kesha song.

It's great that you picked up some progression in her sound. A lot of people have just wrote it off first listen as an Animal/Cannibal reject. At first it seems typical, but with each listen you do notice that it's a more authentic and well-polished sound for Ke$ha.

exactly. we have NEVER heard her voice this front &center and present on a studio track before, she sounds incredible. if that's not progression, I don't know what is!

on another note, diamonds is snatching right now. I can't wait to see how this all shakes out
