I know Usher has said a lot of cocky things during his career (Confessions era) but he never said anything that was considered disrespectful to those who paved the way for him.
we know he just plays up the cocky confident crooner image on stage, he's completely different in private and he's said so himself, so he needs to stop being overly nice

I have posted in here in forever but I'm feeling this new album so far the whole retro sound (despite how old it's become) is amazing he has the perfect voice to showcase that feeling. "Good Kisser" is amazing and I love the video "She Came Too Give To You" will eventually grow on me but I've only heard it once (sorry). Hopefully this album performs better than his other album but if it doesn't I won't care as long as the music is good and he's happy I'm straight. Always loved Usher and will continue no matter what.
