I saw it leaking last night, but I was so high & tired, I waited to listen this morning with my good headphones. My favs are Man On The Moon, Slumber Party, Change Your Mind, Liar & If I'm Dancing.

My only complaint about the album would be she's not creating trends this time like she did on Blackout and Femme Fatale, but following them. But it's a really solid album, i can hear that she was really into it and stepped out of her comfort zone.

Overall i'll give it 8/10 on the first listen.
Blackout > In The Zone > Circus = Glory > Femme Fatale > Britney = Oops = Baby > BJ

PS: I can't believe this is her ninth album! I remember vividly the day I bought "Baby..." on cassette. God, I'm old.
