A few facts for Diamonds charting in Germany:
Gangnam Style has no physical CD out. The same goes to Diamonds.
Gangnam Style charted for the whole week, at number 1 on German Itunes. Diamonds was always just a little behind (Diamonds was usually at 90%-98% according to kworb.net) for the whole week.
Now let's look at the other online stores:
Diamonds charted on Amazon at number 1 for the whole week. Gangsam Style was floating between number 2 and number 4 there, but stabilized at number 2 since Monday.
On Musicload, Diamonds charted at number 1 for the whole week too. Gangnam Style also floated between number 2 and 4 either, but also stabilized there at number 2 for a while now.
I can promise, it will be a tough chart battle... Maybe the toughest one of the year.
Diamonds has the number 2 spot on lock though.
