Yeah you should give it a try. You may not feel familiar with its unique animation though. It only has a few action scenes, and is full of talking and ecchi stuff
Other than that it's a very good anime in my opinion. There's 4 series so far (Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, Nekomonogatari: Kuro and Monogatari Series: 2nd season). Bakemono and the 2nd season are the best

Fate/Zero is the prequel of Fate/Stay Night. It's about the 4th Holy Grail War, which takes place 10 years before the events of Fate/Stay Night. F/S 2014 (anime) is the remake of F/S 2006 but in a different route (F/S original visual novel has 3 routes (universes): Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel). Since F/Z novel was written after F/S, it spoils many of F/S's plot twists. If you don't mind spoilers, you can watch F/Z first. Or you can watch the brand new F/S weekly then watch Fate/Zero later. I watched F/Z first though.
