Her career is literally in the balance right now. The only thing they can do is get Katy on Major Lazer's second single following Cold Water. It'll obviously be huge and help her regain her streaming/radio power and keep her current. She needs a new sound (which Major Lazer would provide) but going the "mature"/Rise sound clearly ain't it.

Get Tove Lo to write it for even more hit-potential.

Nope, all of this is clearly false. Witness probably won't make KP4 since it leaked, Bad Photographs is a PRISM outtake, Last Cry is a OOTB/Fingerprints outtake (and a completely different song), Electric Lover is 100% fan made just because of the lightning emoji she used, Girls Club sounds like something a gay fan would make up, Under the Rain I have no idea where it came from but it's a no from me (did she tweet umbrella emojis, idk).

Bruno and Katy have just about the same fanbase. Small in numbers compared to other artists' bases like the Army, Navy, Hive, Monsters, etc. They rely on the GP to be successful.
