I think label doesn't care about charts . If they do stay would easily hit to #1.

I think they are watching that Rihanna does not get too overexposed. She slays either way but if they went all out for every single every year, it would be too much, I guess.

No he doesn't, with this album his promo is very good but not too much compared to other artists like bieber, katy, beyonce, gaga or Taylor. He did three TV live performances for WIWYM and the first one was done at December 2012 when he released his album. Not to forget, it's just his second album whereas rihanna is on her 7th.

I was responding to him saying that bruno does a lot of promo for his songs to become hits, and everybody knows that the discount for that one week helped him get #1 and still WIWYM is heading for 4M sales. It's not like the song is a flop.

actually it's not. last year, Jessica didn't receive as much reviews and ratings on ITUNES (she did on YOUTUBE, which is explainable considering her strong support from the Philippines). I don't think Angie has like only 100 downloads that makes her invisible from the top 500.
