(I'll bold certain points because this is going to be long)

I'm disappointed that things were so crappy with Team Mafia this last round. I did my best to start things off strong the very first round as PM, but that teamwork has not been maintained throughout the past two rounds. We don't have a shot if we can't actually work as a team consistently.

I am the ONLY member who has actually been contributing actively and going above and beyond all 3 rounds, and I haven't forgotten about the competition or let anyone down by being difficult to get hold of. I've stepped in to fill in for the work others should have had completed as the deadlines ticked closer, and I even took time out during my work day multiple times (at my real full-time job) to make sure we had what we needed completed.

Caprice, who had been VERY instrumental and responsive in the other two rounds, was nowhere to be found this round... Satan requested a ban then came back (and our group space is outside of ATRL so there was still work that could have been contributed), and Dylobs and I were pretty much left to do everything ourselves.

Because no one officially stepped up to be PM, I stepped up literally the DAY the challenge was due and made a decision. Edit: We didn't need someone to suggest that they be PM (because we didn't have time), we needed someone to just step up and take the lead. I got the thread up, then Dylobs had to scramble to get some posts in since the topic was no longer alive by the time he got there. Suffice to say the thread was entirely my idea (so I should be blamed for its lack of success), and Dylobs agreed and went with it (likely mostly because we were running out of time).

I do want to say something about our thread idea... It certainly wasn't the most popular thread and I know it speaks to an issue ATRL has as a whole, but it was without a doubt the thread with the most integrity.

I don't believe in creating a thread and taking up valuable and limited ATRL server space just for fodder... even if it's for a competition, because how I behave in this competition and how I behave on this site as a whole shouldn't be different, IMO.

I applaud Team Chaos for tackling such a big issue (it was mentioned in our thread too, but not used as the header to draw attention), but I do agree that while it was certainly a popular topic it cashed in a bit too much on the tragedy for it to feel 100% genuine. It may have been too soon... If, like Hugamari suggested, it was going to be made with or without this game that's great. RIP Christina Grimmie & all 49 victims of the Pulse Nightclub shooting.

I do have to mention, there was another thread about a reporter being attacked randomly and countless members were posting about how funny it was that her neck snapped backwards and that she got hurt. Seems like ATRL truly isn't the place to ask people to consistently show true sensibility.

As for Team Town, the question posed was certainly an entertaining one, but I echo the sentiment that it was not very original. Still, both Team Chaos and Team Town did a decent job of creating popular threads, which is why they came out on top and we did not.

In summation, I ask that you fire me. Because I don't think it's fair at this point that I show consistent dedication and try to work so hard to keep Team Mafia together while everyone else is going their own way and popping in only when they feel like it.

I love you Caprice, Satan, and Dylobs, but I think what would be fair (and shows the most faith in the team) at this point is to hand the reigns to you entirely and see if you can all step up to make a true comeback. It's literally a make or break situation at this point and I don't want you to be comfortable thinking I'll always be around to take over additional work/roles that aren't being done...

I, alone, am not Team Mafia. So consider this the kick in the butt I think Team Mafia needs to become successful again for the remainder of the game.

I thought Caprice would've been the one to leave but . I did say I wanted to be the PM but I didn't follow through which is entirely my fault. I do agree that ATRL can sometimes be disgusting but I'm disgusting as well

It's important to note that Tori Yonce has been this team's backbone and we are going to be left quadriplegic if he leaves.

Sorry, the deactivation was my fault. It still should have allowed you to reach out to me to be reactivated, but without knowing you had requested a ban (rather than being banned for some other reason) I didn't realize you were still going to attempt to reach out to us for any reason. I do appreciate finding out that you did try, and there are no hard feelings either way.

I did edit my post, because I didn't see Dylobs offer to be PM on our slack, but we kind of just needed someone to take the reigns because the challenge was nearly due and we still had nothing. We had no word from Caprice and you were banned. It was a complete mess.

I'm not quitting though. I'm asking that Drip legit fire me... Because I've put in a whole lot of work and been PM twice... And we haven't even won a challenge.

I think the team needs to find a way to unify, and I'd like to be the catalyst for making it a true sink or swim situation because that's what adulting is all about... Taking advantage of the lessons we learn as a result of the challenges we face.

When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change.

That's exactly why I shouldn't stay, because I have my actual career to worry about (I'm working nearly 50 hours a week as it is) and can't be spending all this time putting in so much for something that should be a fun reprieve instead of what it's become.

Team Mafia may think it will suck if I'm gone (or maybe they won't), but if they want the win bad enough they'll figure it out. I have faith.
