I recommend http://vidstatsx.com/
Hit "seach and submit" and type in the youtube username (i.e. for Nicki Minaj, her channel is called "NickiMinajAtVEVO".) They only show you WW views btw. I don't think there is a way of determining views for any particular country and that's available for us common folk.
