You didn't go back far enough.
I heard the song on the radio in what they call "The 12 mix", which is basically a club-mix at noon everyday. They played the song then and branded it an "exclusive". I didn't even know they had a new song together so I came here expecting to see the reactions (assuming it wasn't really "exclusive", but just being played before other radio's), only to see it wasn't out yet.
I gave people the station and DJ's twitter just in case they played it again, but they didn't. However, the DJ tweeted like 15 min later that she heard the new Pitbull ft Kesha and loved it.
