I have a question, it says it requires 3GB of free memory but does it actually use that space?

No, it only uses about 1GB.

Loving it so far ! Manage to update most of my apps !
Is iTunes Radio exclusive to the US only ?
oh and is anyone else's music not showing album artwork ? Mine doesn't show its just the artist name/song written diagonally

You installed it wrong then and/or didn't do a proper back & restore.
Anyway I've had it since last Thursday and honestly I love iOS 7.
