YouTube is pretty global (actually the most global platform right now). For example Calvin's videos got around 14% of the views coming from the US. I think saying around 25-30% for Gaga is more reasonable. But well, let's say 30M WW views and mm.. 8.5M YouTube streams.

In that scenario... (plus the data you considered) she should be getting around 270-280 points. Depending always on the competition that week, but using for example the current competition, around #6.

Yeah I reliazed my YouTube streams were too high. 30m AI should be reachable though. Make Me got 35m in its first week & Gaga's lead should be bigger than her's. With a radio deal, she'll do it
