It'll be interesting to see how the gentrification theme plays out. It looks like they're purposely going for a lighter tone this season. I think season 4 ended up going in more of a darker direction than they planned.
Season 4 was so dark, but I loved it because of it. If they find a way to make this season lighter without sacrificing the emotional complexity and character development, I'm all for it.
