You act like half of our grandparents didn't die in WW1-2, and our countries didn't get the **** bombed out of them? My grandmother almost wasn't born because my great grandmother fell down the stairs after a bomb shook the building. We still find dozens of bombs in roofs and buried in the ground every year. I have journals from my relatives describing how horrible life was when the Soviet Union took over our government for 50 years and only left 25 years ago.
Europe, or at least Hungary, has bad history with eastern countries flooding us and taking over us. The Tatar invasion in the 13th century destroying half of our population, or the years of keeping the Ottoman Empire at bay to stop them from taking over Europe. Until they finally managed to enter and stayed here for 150 years, it's a miracle we even have any culture left. It's no surprise that Hungary wants them out of the country as soon as possible.
Germany is being super accepting to make up for WW2, but I really don't know what they're planning on actually doing with so many of them. Didn't 70% of the ones applying last year get sent back once it turned out they weren't actual refugees? I'm legit curious because they're going to keep coming for years and I don't think Germany can take 3-4-5 million of them.
