The chart generally counts sales starting from Sunday, but it's still Saturday, so the sales wouldn't normally count towards the same week if they released it on the Saturday, but it seems that all of this week's new releases have been released early (due to daylight savings), so the sales should count after all.

They will count, US releases always happen at 11 pm an hour before the tracking week and count anyways.
