You do know you can change the picture, right? Although I think now it has to be another iTunes cover, so hope tha the deluxe has an alternate one like Born This Way!

That would KILL the single. It would be out of the top 150 on iTunes and crashing on radio.

I mean, it's kinda already dead so I don't see it hugely benefitting it either way. I'm more concerned about album promo and general exposure at this point tbh.
