Guys i think the album is coming out in July in the UK and Europe because Carly is returning to the UK in July. I like this idea tbh, it's not like America is Carly's biggest market. I'm fine with the American release date after all, it's not like everyone's aware of this album release anyway. The people who download it illegaly weren't going to buy it in the first place, if they really want buy it they will.
