"Il nostro caro angelo di Lucio Battisti. E' una delle canzoni che suonavano nell'autoradio della macchina di mio padre quando la domenica andavamo a trovare mia nonna in provincia di Latina. Si ascoltava tanta musica durante quei viaggi ma questa canzone mi colpì. La trovavo enigmatica e forse anch un pò angosciante. Non riuscivo a capire chi fosse questo Angelo!"

" Labour of love degli Incognito. Mi scioccò al primo ascolto, è una vera lezione di canto in tutti i sensi. Vorrei rinascere con quella voce e con quella capacità di controllare il canto. Pura ispirazione.

La canzone che mi ricorda gli anni vissuti a Londra
The first of the gang to die di Morrissey. Più che Londra, però, mi ricorda Manchester. Morressey è l'icona più rappresentativa della scena musicale di quella città, è una vera istituzione nel Regno Unito. Ho imparato ad amarlo, a capirlo, a dipendere dalle sue frasi e dal suo canto lamentoso. Solo se vivi là puoi davvero comprendere cosa vuole raccontare Morrissey. Se ascolto questa canzone penso alla Gran Bretagna.

La canzone che puntualmente mi fa piangere
Quando nadie meve di Alejandro Sanz. Con questa canzone mi trovo , puntalmente, a comprende ciò che dicono i miai fan quando sostengono che riesco a scrivere della loro vita senza neanche averli mai conosciuti nel profondo. Con Sanz mi succede spesso, con questa canzone in particolare.

Il mio pezzo forte al karaoke
New York, New York nella versione di Frank Sinatra. non sono un grande appassionato di karaoke ma , quando è capitato, i miei amici mi hanno sempre costretto a cantare Frank Sinatra. Il risultato in ogni caso non è garantito.

La canzone che mi fa pensare con affetto e nostalgia alla famiglia
Another brick in the wall dei Pinki Floyd. Mio padre me la faceva ascoltare e riascoltare mille volte di seguito: educandomi al suono, chiedendomi di prestare attenzione agli elementi di arrangiamento e a tutti i dettagli fonici della canzone. Non ero convinto mi piacesse, ma lui ci metteva così tanta passione nel sollevare la puntina del giradischi per tornare al principio della traccia ( ancora e ancora ) che io gli davo soddisfazione.Ora capisco che quel brano era un'opera d'arte, però a quei tempi ammetto che avrei preferito "Gimmi five" di Jovanotti.

Sono ancora fan degli Human League ma questo pezzo è perfetto, ancora oggi posso dire di non aver mai ascoltato nulla di così trascinante, tagliente, passionale e anche un pò disperato. Mi fa ballare e mi fa cantare dal 1984... circa"

Now I'm living in another city during week days cause of university but in the weekends I'm always there

I saw him once before in a pub in the city centre but didn't meet him personally that time.

Let's say I felt a little euphoric He did let me hug him I thanked him for his music like 50 times And I told him how amazing had his concert been this Summer in Rome.

The King has been so kind to me, he didn't have any problem stopping and talking with me He was tired tho, he was coming back from a travel. Maybe his bf was already waiting for him in the apartment. "I can't wait to go to bed!, the Lord said.
