I was accidentally using the album averages. Still, it's kinda known Katy has the worst discography in modern pop (even if her singles can knock at times) so it's still embarrassing that he is seen that badly.
She kinda does but I have hope for her. Prism really wasn't that good but it was a nice start on how to make a consistent album.
