It's a surprise performance and she's on stage attached to a parachute and struggling against a wind machine. She flies up a bit and then the parachute gets shot and she falls to the ground, all very dramatic! ("Now we got bad blood") plays when the parachute is shot
Then there's an echo of "can I get a witness" cuz she needs a witness for the crime and someone to help her, leading into a performance of witness! Pretty much like the ET/PoM at the Grammys tbh
