(2) Hillary's approval ratings (if you can even call them that ) have been poor since she was driving Hillarycare into the ground as First Lady and they haven't gotten much better since then. I know you always try to claim that her approval ratings go up once she's on the job but I've yet to see any evidence that this is the case.

(3) Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act is one of the most racist pieces of legislation and it was signed by a Democrat. Clinton has stood by this law when it was politically amenable and she hopped on the black social justice bandwagon when it was amenable, just like she came out in support of gay marriage when there was political incentive to do so. Her lack of authenticity unparalleled.

There were 2 sets of emails that I mentioned: one set was discussing working with CNN to release a story re: the DWS comments and another set was discussing working with unspecified reporters to essentially plant a story that would make the Sanders campaign look bad. (1) If she's not qualified, what does that make Bernie? Yes her senator tenure was uneventful which is normal. It's not like Bernie got anything major passed either. She was very middle of the road as a senator compared to how she was as SoS and first lady. Not to mention she was also running her foundation at the time so she wasn't as dedicated to the job as she was to being SoS. Her tenure as SoS was marred by scandals AFTER she left office. Let's not forget that. while SoS, she consistently trumped both Biden and Obama is ratings unlike Kerry whose ratings are mediocre and save me the stupid tweets from "journalists" who've actually yet to accomplish anything.

(3) Bernie VOTED for the crime bill. He lied and said he did it because of the assault weapons ban but that wasn't in the house version of the bill so yes he voted to put people in jail no matter how much he tried to save face. It's not different from her Iraq war vote where she also gave a scathing speech warning the president of using military force as first resort (which he did).
As for gay marriage, she's been ahead than most congressmen on that issue. The only reason she gave that gay marriage quote was because she was literally voting for a bill that'd legalize it on a state level. She had to appease the conservatives who vote for her at the time for it wasn't so gay-friendly back then. But for you to act like she was some sort of raging homophobe and then flip-flopped is dishonest. Obama took the same stance on gay marriage as senator and, just like her, rooted for gay civil unions. If they lost their seats, they'd go to an actual homophobe from the GOP. It's called political strategy 101 and senators have to play extra safe.

ATRLers can treat her any way they want, that won't stop her from being the far more qualified candidate and his win ain't changing that (It's only making America look like a joke to other countries). Her campaign did everything right for the black community and she gave them exactly the plans that they needed including a complete reform of the justice system and police training. Also, favorability isn't the same things as approval rating. Her approval rating has always been high. Her favorability takes a hit every now and then. It only took a big hit because of whitewater and quickly recovered. As senator, she kept to herself which is why the graph looks so stable. Nevertheless, the people she was serving gave her a very high approval rating which is what matters when it comes to doing the job. Mention her low points when it comes to favorability is the definition of intellectual dishonesty when those only happen in elections.

And good for Bernie, I guess. His favorables are in the mid 50s which is the same as Senator Clinton and way less than SoS Clinton (Hence why it took tens of millions of $ to bring it down) and there's a distate for politicians atm which explains why he's #1.
