I agree with this! It seems she just doesnt want to give another chance for anything even any contact any friendship because that's just making EX expect for something but really there's nothing in the end

I didn't see it or hear it at first but it just took one morning when running errands for xmas and i was at a stop light and it almost paralyzed me.

I kind of don't want her to go this route again.
It's fine in that she's taking the mature approach to how she handled 21 but after this I actually want her to go in the i miss you/sweetest devotion/send my love (if there's anything about the past at least make it upbeat) route.

I feel like this is the last time she can talk about the past if she is truly happy in the present.
Clever for her team to know the original sound wasn't going to work and she needed to come full circle with 25.

Next era should be relatable in the happy, euphoric way covering her amazing life filled with money love happiness from her husband, friends and family.

She's solidified herself with 3 eras, era 4 needs to be a welcomed departure.

I deff agree with this. I feel like if All I Ask becomes a single it might even be one of her tracks that will be covered like 50 years from now on singing competition shows. it's just one of those tracks. a little cheesy but 100% ICONIC. and as you said it displays her vocals and makes her seem like a vocal diva.

AIA is actually a bit out of place for me in terms of the theme of 25, it doesnt seem personal for adele, the lyrics are so Bruno-ish, but it's an important part of the album, its still relevant and her vocal showcase is a bonus as it became favorites for most people.

Hmm saying the next album will sound like MYA could mean many things (her ARTPOP) so we will just have to wait 6 more years to find out
