Australia came 5th because it was a new country - just like they "welcomed" Italy back in 2011. People voted for Australia just because they thought it was cool, now that the novelty is over, I don't think they'll get votes easily... especially with the amount of female ballads!

I knew you were going to say that, but that doesn't matter as the attention and reviews from the GP for Sound of Silence is immense. Sound of Silence is the second most viewed entry on the Eurovision channel iirc.

It's a powerful ballad that will be able to stand out - Although the staging will have to be great too.
