If they don't count live version performance (looking at streaming numbers - it's obvious tbh), it isn't fault of YouTube or Nielsen. It's Kelly's label fault. To detect song, label needs register it on IFPI (gets ISRC number) and then submit to Google database. Digital download release is not requirement (look at Rihanna & Drake BRITs performance).
If song is on Vevo, label submit it for sure ( http://www.vevo.com/watch/rihanna/wo...t-awards-2016/QM5FT1690011, where bold part is ISRC of live version). Is PBP live version avaliable on Vevo? No.
Label could register PBP live with the same ISRC code but then we still have only 932,640 streams from Friday to Monday.

Right now it updates hourly. It just shows the difference between the view count now and 24 hours ago.

Using all of the SoundScan leaks from this year (thanks to iHype. for compiling them for me!), I have assembled a YTD streaming chart for albums. I'll be updating it every week as long as we get the SoundScan data, and it's really exciting to finally be able to have such a chart.
A couple of notes on the chart's accuracy: whenever an album doesn't appear on the BB200, I have to enter in a 0 for its streams that week, even if it obviously did not get 0 (a good example of this is Meek Mill's Dreams Worth More Than Money, which has been getting 3M+ streams every week this year but dropped off the BB200 this week). As a result, the chart isn't completely accurate. Additionally, the only albums listed on my chart are albums that have appeared on the BB200 for either week 7 or week 8 of 2016- when I added up the totals for all of the albums, I did so using the week 7 chart as a point of reference. Thus, some albums that appeared for a few weeks before then and then dropped off do not appear on my chart. However, if they come back, they will be added to the chart.
