It's better to have longevity than a #1 debut that falls instantly falls off the face of the earth. Hopefully "Your Body" will turn out to be one of her most memorable singles if it proves to be a resilient sleeper hit.

Ballads scare me now after YLM and the fact that ballads are harder to sell now. I would want a midtempo ballad at most if they had to, like Wide Awake or something. So it's not a dance song but not really slow or anything.

but sis they released YLM at summer,that's def.flop, so ballad for winter is ok with me.......

Yeah, I admire CA fans for being optimistic but I don't see how the ways things are heading make people believe that it could possibly be a hit in the long run. Her record company will most likely release another song in about a month. How will this fare, then?

I'm surprised CA fans are so against her releasing a ballad.

A)it's the perfect time as ballads do better in fall/winter
B) the GP would rather her focus on her vocals instead of dirty 2.0
C) if not as a second single, when will it be released 3rd (spring) or 4th (summer) no.

i would figure you all would hope for a beautiful 2.0 to resurge the era and keep things going
