I know that we're going through a lot right now and we haven't caught a break in a while and when we finally get close, the rug is pulled from under us. But we need to calm down and stay collected.
Pen, I think Mariah was using that as an excuse to say that the album needs a bigger hit than #Beautiful (or reach the highest potential the song could achieve). She'll release the remix (urban) and then the video which will give the song the boost it needs then maybe a month later, release the second single (a ballad) hopefully without a feature.
Hopefully Mariah and her team relalize the upward trend that urban and R&B seem to be going and take full advantage of it. I hope they carefully planned this and used the delay as means of building more hype, otherwise
I know I'm grasping at straws but with some of you jumping ship already and others having a meltdown, someone has to be optimistic.
