I believe it's moving up and down, yes. But it's still not a real horse.
Oh you think so? It's really hard to tell from the videos. Of course though, a real horse wouldn't be able to handle the lights, music, audience etc and I highly doubt it would be allowed.

Well, on the first show in South Korea I think the head was moving up and down at least. I agree, it looks real!
