All you do with jell-o is fill a bowl, pour in the powder and put it in the fridge overnight.

With water ice you boil sugar water, add corn syrup and the flavouring (natural or artificial, I guess) then put it in the freezer. You have to check up on it and scrape/carve the ice every now and then though, or else it'll just be a block of ice.

El Hadita looks gross. Besides the fact that the light spots means less flavor, it looks rough. I love smooth water ice because it's easy to slide down my velvet throat
