That's fine. She's saying she had songs they ended up not using on Stronger b/c they were too good to be album tracks. She's not going to recycle tracks.

Perhaps they were songs that weren't contenders for singles, perhaps they had that planned out before release? So they put other songs on instead and will save the other great single songs for the next album?

Think back. They thought they were set with Stronger, MKIA, DS, LMD and IFY. They had those five in mind as singles. They wouldn't want more than that in one album tbh.

There are a few songs from each era that always get left behind and then end up on a next album. Hell people (my self included) want demos from years and years ago to appear on a album. They could have been great songs, but didn't really go with the Stronger vibe, and decided not to waste it. (Hoping for Wasting Kisses)
