It's an error that a lot of people have been encountering since the server switch. Apparently it's the hosts attempt at trying to block out spammers and people who are using a lot of resources at a single moment. It may be a bit faulty though, since a lot of people have reported getting it while only having one tab open. idk. Check HQ for more details.
