I don't really love either first verse. The final is more pleasant to listen to because it's mastered but I think my perfect arrangement would be:
Demo Verse 2 -> Final Pre 1 -> Chorus -> Final Verse 2 -> Final Pre 2 -> Chorus -> Demo Bridge -> Chorus
