Feelin' Myself and Get On Your Knees are only going up as high as they are because of the features. I think they'd probably have limited impact if they were actually singles...with GOYK doing better between the two songs.

Truffle Butter is the best of the three as it's actually interesting. The other two are just the same boring self serving songs that we've heard from Nicki and so many before. Truffle Butter gets people talking. Nicki needs to get out of the habit doing basic. FM and GOYK are both basic.

I'd like to see her release TCG and Favorite and Truffle Butter as singles.

I agree with the The Motto and Truffle Butter comparison, I think TB would do comparable to TM if released. It's a bop but once again Nicki would be releasing a song in which she is hardly present.

For single sales, early-mid December is usually really weak right before the Christmas boost.

It isn't until a week before Christmas that sales typically go up.

I'm not sure how big the boosts will be this year, though. I wouldn't count on anything huge.

FM will be huge on urban and rhythmic. It has some potential on pop if it's pushed correctly.

I'm not totally sure about GOYK at the moment, but it definitely has multiformat potential. + it's a fun, flirty song.

It's why I'd probably save it for last single and lets not do a re-release. They are played out now and rarely add anything to the original album if the album is already good. However, as soon as you find out the name of the song is Truffle Butter people automatically want to hear it to catch the reference. That's powerful.

It's been there and done that territory. Flawless already happened. FM is the lesser cousin. it's not going to be as big long term I suspect. It may chart higher on the HOT 100 because of the iTunes release timing.

I know but it'd be nice to see him at the top, especially because Black Messiah is brilliant and probably the best comeback album.

I only really liked a few songs on it. Granted they were really good but between Nicki and D I'd have to give her the edge because she has more good songs on her album. She also has more duds but I don't measure based on the duds. I measure based on how many songs I keep on my playlist.

going by history...i think Uptown Funk will sell the most christmas week because buyers usually go for the playful/dance song rather than a love song

the only anomaly is I Knew You Were Trouble...but that can be accounted for due to the fact that the song that usually gets the #1 on HDS was never #1 in previous weeks leading up to the boost

thus...all signs point to Uptown Funk and i'm sticking to my prediction even though Taylor has massive promo that week

I hope you are right but Taylor's promo is too big whereas UF is just getting its second performance and probably its last one for a while.
