Thinking that comment is racist is what's racist. "Someone like Jay-Z" = "someone who makes horrible music". Samsung users would love something like Future's EVOL.
The way Bye has managed to reduce issues like racism and feminism to simple cheerleader slogans just for her own benefit I used to think Katy was the most toxic artist, but Bye is for sure now.
Katy induces kids into her liminal music, inadvertently (giving her the benefit of the doubt??) luring them into a world of perverted lyrics. Bye literally mocks social issues with her songs. I can't wait for her essay on racism to be as engrossing as her essay on feminism.
