Girl please. Rihanna had a busted lip and a black eye. It's not like she had brusied ribs, punctured lungs, etc. Those injuries were ice pack and ointment worthy. I've seen similar injuries during lunch time fights at school. They were most certainly not "on the verge of dying" major.
