@Mikey Rihanna has no husband, kids, and she travels frequently renting is not that bad when you factor in the house upkeep is already paid for. (Security, landscaping, cleaning services, etc)

Also you have to be in love with the house and location when you buy cause selling if you ever decide to move can be a hassle and often times people wind up selling for way less than their asking price cause they've been paying for mortgage despite no longer living there.

She visits Barbados quite often and either way she always has security with her and she would have more privacy and buying houses are also investments, the amount she pays to stay in that Sandy Lane villa.. she could already buy herself a new house. (She probably pays like $3k-$5k per night)

The villa is probably going to be sold one day (it's on-sale, Rih never bought it.. she simply rents it) and she will need somewhere else.

But I don't know.. I'd rather have my own house with my own little beach and not having 50 people gathered to take pictures of me.

Well bitch can either buy a house she LOOOOVVEESS or buy a plot on the coast and build one.
