HDD are likely Katy haters (or have some people in their team who are) and don't know ****. They've already lied twice about the KP4 era; they said RISE MV was coming on 28/7 based on nothing but Twitter speculation and claimed that Dr. Luke produced Work From Home and is working with Katy, both confirmed to be false.

Everything we know to be true (Rise, Witness, Dev Hynes, Rae Sremmurd) is putting her in a completely different direction to anything she's done before. I believe these facts over HDD guesstimations.
