I must say I was disappointed with formation I just don't like trap music but the video was epic I'm not even a big video watcher but that video was epic and I'm so ready for this album I'm scared it's going to be a full trap album but I'm still excited.

I don't think it will be, I'm assuming the tour commercial track will be on the album. It sounds SO good

I actually think it's going to be extremely powerful and diverse. There's probably more trap songs on it, but if we go by the tour-trailer instrumental, I could see her tapping into fairly different genres. As already stated above, I could see her rounding up the album with a very soft ballad, almost like a lullaby where she gushes about her wish for love, unity, and peace. Something like an anthesis to the anger and frustration she might have voiced in some of the tracks on B6.
Since she let us know that she's taking piano classes (thanks to Die With You), I kinda expect her to deliver a song that she plays on the piano all by herself.
I also kinda see her exploring her operatic voice even further + maybe a full-on rapsong where she spits some heavy lines in the manner of Lauryn Hills The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

I think she will perform a different song at the Grammys I don't want her to drop the album that night but announce the album title release date and track list.

Eeek! I'm excited about this.... will she actually do promo but just not announce it?!
Would Formation just be Bow Down 2.0 with a huge bang to announce what's coming.... the album should be here soon, I wonder how she's going to approach the era... clearly first singles to Beyonce don't really matter that much, weather they flop, hit #1 or were released via tumblr/tidal she'll still acknowledge them...
I'm actually looking forward to Bey's slower tracks and midtempos this time around....Mine, Jealous, I Care, Dance for You, I Miss You.... ugh just perfection... I wouldn't mind a track like that performed at the Grammys, I guess it would fall within her dual single release if she does it... plus it would be a great 1-2 punch within one week.... Superbowl and Grammys with a song for each show.... she has huge hype right now, why not ride it further?
Just imagine.... a new song performed at the Grammys with it available immediately afterwards to download and stream not just Tidal (she already did her part there). The tour tickets will be available this week... release the album with the sale of the general public tix, include one copy of it there and have it available everywhere else too... maybe physical copies a week after... it would be so perfect!

I totally agree. Do you notice that all of the girls who have 1M+ opening weeks have put their album on pre-order? She should try that.
This makes way too much sense to be a modern Beyonce release, but an ideal situation would be Single release + Vevo video the night of the Grammy awards, pre-order for the album goes up on the same night with a free Formation download, announcement of album title/tracklist, Pop radio adds Tuesday morning (only on Pop to not compete with Formation), and Rhythmic adds after Formation has peaked.
