Heavy Metal will always be the worst genre of music. Like I've literally never heard a good song from that genre in my life, whereas country at least has Carrie (back when she was relevant).
I take that back. White-Boy Alternative, like John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Phillip Phillips, etc, is the worst. A genre of music literally invented for the sole purpose of scoring easily impressed women. At least metal acts tend to be passionate about what they're making music about.
