Kanye's lost his touch to me. The only thing I could see is Rihanna and Katy cross promoting with a collaboration album. That would be pop perfection, and I'd be all for it, despite liking urban/islander Rihanna.

Critical acclaim is great and all, but Rihanna is a Pop Star, not a rapper. She needs hits in order to stay relevant and on top. Pop Stars require more than just high album sales and critical acclaim. They need to slay radio and the Hot 100.

Rihanna has always been able to make both good music and hits. If you don't think Loud provided good music or hits, I'm sure the Navy will be happy to start a fund so that you can afford to get your ears professionally checked.

LOUD has done both but not the potential that it could've been. And no Rihanna isn't a rapper but she could still be critically acclaimed and proved hits She's done it times and times before. LOUD failed the critically acclaimed part compared to her other albums.
