Its funny, if we (being normal, everyday teenagers) can come to this conclusion based on our general knowledge of psychology and law, why the hell hasn't Kesha's team gotten a psychologist and explain the psychology behind an abuse victim and Stockholm syndrome. If she can do that and even offer one piece of evidence of abuse/rape, she would of been able to win this.
