It definitely is due to Taylor's success. I mean Tim signed to Big Machine after already making a name for himself.
I think it's just that Alexander Gold flew to LA recently, and since Project Cardinal was supposed to happen there it seems suspicious since Taylor/Alex just had run in together and the things he said she had in store for us weren't to do with LP5.
