As of now, analyst Nate Silver, who has gotten every election right, has Hillary at 79% chance of winning and Trump at 20%. Every other electoral map prediction has her at 300+ (you only need 270 to win)
If Hillary wins the 19 safe, leaning blue states that Obama won and one battleground state (like Florida which is way possible because of the Hispanic vote) she wins. And there is no doubt she'll get it and possible more (NC, Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc.) Hillary was crowned in my mind after the FBI said no charges. It's almost impossible for her not to win at this point unless something bad happens to our economy within the next 4 months.
Trump has to win the Rust Belt states to take this election...Hillary really messed up when she said she was going run the "coal miners out of business", she basically put Pennsylvania up for grabs with that statement.
Trump has to win Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, and a combination of Wisconsin/Colorado, and Iowa or Nevada to offset the Hispanic vote in Florida to win.
James Comey is SLAYING his questioning. I can't @ these questions they are asking - it's like nobody is even pretending that these aren't to make campaign ads.
Here would be a crazy electoral map situation based on states up for grabs:
Trump wins: Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Iowa, Nevada, Colorado
Clinton wins: Florida, Virginia, Michigan, Wisconsin
Clinton gets 269 electoral votes; Trump gets 269 electoral votes...neither get to 270 to win.
Can y'all imagine the mess!
That would be no bueno because the tie breaker would be the House of Representatives voting on who would be the President and the Senate would vote on who becomes the Vice-President.
It's a play of words. In t he movie, "Frozen," the graphic Trump is referencing to, there is a popular song that goes, "do you want to build a snowman?" Well, they remixed it and said, "do you want to build a straw man." From "The Wizard of Oz," the scarecrow (straw man) didn't have a brain and that was one thing he wanted the most from the great Oz. At least, that was the reference, I got from it. could be wrong though.
