Sure I can teach you how

Just open the gif up in photoshop
Click "Timeline" and delete the parts you don't want
Then Click the "crop" tool (5th tool from the top)
Then there is a space to put the size you want (125x125)
Then adjust the picture till the crop is perfect, then double click the box to enter
then go to File-->Save for Web-> Go near the Bottom Left and input 125x125->Save, and you're done
