Im just so overwhelmed by the fact that the quality of her music has reached these heights. I mean, Crazy in Love and Single Ladies were AMAZING RnB-Pop songs that will forever be remembered as the biggest hits of the millenial decade. To think she has become such a force and to see how her creativity is only getting bigger, each song and album getting more layers. I mean, there is so much depth to Formation. I literally cannot. The music. The lyricism (I mean just the fact that she purposely plays with "Ladies get in formation" vs "Ladies get information" is genius tbh). The metaphorical use of words. The imagery. Tew. ****ing. Much.

its a buzz single promoting the world tour and setting the tone for B6, not the WW single promoting B6. Bey is a box full of surprises and we can be happy she is. Thats why all her releases are events.

My theory is that the album is coming in November, it's another visual album, not pop friendly and that Formation ain't even on the tracklist.



My other theory is that the album is called something like Black or Movement, Formation is the lead and it's included on the tracklist. Coming the day before the tour starts.

Is there a chance that not one, but 2 projects will be released this year, or a dual-album? The project could be titled "Herstory / Revolution" and split up the heavy Southern Trap beats (Mike-Will, Boots, Detail, Bibi Bourelly, Bone Thugz N' Harmony/ Future, D.R.A.M., etc) with strong messaging (like Formation), and the more global-Clean-Bandit/Sia/The Dream tracks about love and fairness and togetherness like EOT and place them on 2 discs.

Pros:
- Extra tracks for an International Tour with more legs/dates
- The ability to push to all Formats
- more videos for the fans
- different certification system for double-disc releases
- more promo opportunities for light, happy songs, as well as the moody, message-layered ones.
- this era could last 2 years if everything is spread out properly and promotion is good.

I like both of these ideas. She would still have Hymn for The Weekend, possible work with Ed Sheeran, and maybe Runnin' (if it finally reaches the US) to keep pop satisfied.

At this point I will just let it all happen. Formation was planned out genius and I feel we will have more music before the tour starts, whether it will be the album or just some songs put out, idk, but if Formation is anything to go by this era will be more about big statements and teaching the lessors some good old lessons rather than the " it hits you all at once" approach she did for Selftitled, which was genius and fitted completely with the album. But I feel she goes even bigger this era, with a complete different approach.

Well there are other things we saw in the past months that weren't in the video. Of course they may just be tour interludes

I like the dual-album concept.
